Clothing Orders
When ordering clothing,
I will send you a measurement sheet upon request
of ordering a garment. Cost for each garment is based on your size - thus
needing
more materials.
Returns on
Clothing
If the garment needs altering, (I go by your
measurements - sometimes it can be a bit off,
I try to measure all garments a little bit
bigger, but if you must have it altered,
you will be responsible to send it back to me
with insurance (so it does not get lost),
and I will ship it back
to you at no charge!
There are no returns for customized garments or
crafts - SORRY!
Returns on other Items
If you receive the item damaged,
please send it back to me with insurance and I will
ship it back repaired at no charge. You only pay to ship it back once.
If you order a craft supply item that you do not like or can't use, YES
you are
welcome to return it as long as it is in the condition it was
previously shipped in.
Returns will be issued a credit, less 10%
restocking fee, unless it was a mistake on my part or the item is defective or
damaged (this is solely at the discretion of Kelley Moonwater Frederick).
Backorders
There are no additional shipping charges for
backordered items sent to addresses in the United States
(except AK & HI). Items will
be shipped by the method most economical to us. There are rarely any backorders,
since most my items are hand-crafted individually.

Two day shipping is based on the weight
and destination of the package being shipped. Please email or call us for

3-DAY SELECT ~ add $6.00 to the regular S & H fee
Insurance
U.P.S. automatically insures merchandise
amounts up to $100.00.
Beyond that amount, there is an additional charge of .30 cents per hundred dollars of
value.
EXAMPLE: On an order of $256.07, the first $100.00 is automatically insured, and
insurance should be calculated based on the $156.07 balance. Because any increment
over $100.00 is treated as
an additional $100.00, you would need to add an extra
.60 cents for the insurance on the balance.
Other Important Stuff
Please
provide a clear street address. UPS
will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
If you only have a P.O. Box, we'll ship via the post
office, but not the same day!
If you are outside of the lower 48 states, call for current
shipping and handling rates.
Foreign
Shipping
We sometimes will ship foreign orders through the U.S. Post Office,
unless you request that we use a
specific private carrier.
Air freight takes about ten days, and surface freight can take
up to two months!
Customs and duties are separate charges that you will have to pay
at delivery and we have
no way of telling you how much these will be.
All shipping costs are figured by weight, so
we are not able to quote
a flat rate in advance.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska
You're just a little farther away from the rest of us.

Only US First Class
Mail, US Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day services are available
to AK and HI.
Generally, US Priority mail will provide the most economical rate.
If you select Standard
Shipping, we will ship by US Priority Mail or US First Class Mail depending
on the weight
of your order. Rates may be higher than those listed.

These rates are based on a 3 pound package sent to major metropolitan
