What is a Customer?

A Customer is the most important person, whether visitor or friend!

They are not dependant on us - we are dependant on them.

They are not an interruption of our business, they are the purpose of it.

We are not doing them a favor by serving them, they are giving us the opportunity to do so.

They are not an outsider to our business, but a big part of it.

Customers are not cold statistics, but flesh-n-blood human beings with feelings and emotions -like your own, with biases,opinions and prejudices.  Be patient.

Customers are not there to argue or match wits with.  No-one ever won an argument with a Customer.

Is a person who brings us their wants. 

It is our job to handle them professionally and respectfully not only for them, but to ourselves.

Someone who takes a lifetime to gain trust from -
but a moment to lose should our attitudes change!!!

Nothing binds us one to the other like a promise kept,
Nothing divides us like a promise BROKEN! BROKEN!
